Linen Quotes Prices (when using our catering services, otherwise call for a quote when not using our staff for your event)

Bridal Table or Head Table - $4.00 per table white cloth linens and white skirting $8.00 for each tables (black skirting if available)

Cake Table - $4.00 per table with white cloth linen and white skirting $8.00 (black skirting if available)

Guest Tables round tables (85 x 85) at $4.00 per table with cloth linens (colors available)

Guest Tables round tables (120”) at $15.00 per table with white only cloth linens  (black and ivory $20.00/table)

Guest Tables 8’ oblong tables (52 x 112) at $4.00 per table with cloth linens (colors available)

Linen Napkins for guest $.25/napkin (any color)

Set up for tables 2 people at $20.00 per hour each

Service staff to stay and remove all table linens and return to our shop that evening until the event ends $20.00 per hour.

If you prefer not to use our services for set up or take down there is a $100.00 security deposit on the linens, which will be returned once the linens are returned to our shop. Linens may be picked up 24 hours prior to event and must be returned 24 – 48 hours after the event.

You are more then welcome to come by the shop and I can show you the linen colors you can choose from if you prefer to go with colors as compared to white. Just call to set up a time. I will need to place your order no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Service Quotes Delivery and Labor Prices

• Pick up – Scheduled time to pick up food for your event in disposable containers
• Pick up rental of equipment – Scheduled time to pick up food and rental equipment (chafers, bowls, serving trays, serving utensils, linens, etc) - $100.00 security deposits and rental charges due at pick up time. Security deposits returned when equipment and linens are returned to our shop.
• Delivery Service – Scheduled time to deliver your food in disposable containers - $20.00 charge for local delivery
• Delivery & Set up – Scheduled time to deliver your food in rented equipment (chafing dishes, bowls, bread basket, serving trays, serving utensils, linens, etc). - $100.00 security deposit,  $80.00 charge for delivery and set up of equipment. Rental and Security charges above under chafing & equipment rental. Security Deposit returned when equipment and linens are returned to our shop.
• Buffet Service – Scheduled time to arrive at least 1 hour prior to serving food. Food table set up with linens and skirting, table prepared for service, servers to: serve entree items, replenish chafing dishes, bus and clear disposable dinner ware from guest tables, package any left over food for client, clean up food buffet table and return equipment to our shop - $20.00/hr per server ~ 1 server per 50 - 75 people, minimum 4 hours including travel time.
• Sit down service – Scheduled time to arrive at least 1-1/2 hours prior to serving food. Servers to service client’s guest at their assigned tables, for drinks, meal courses, dessert and after dinner drinks - $20.00/hr per server. One server per three tables and one bus person @ $20.00/hr per three tables, minimum service is 4 hours including travel time.
• Tableside service – Scheduled time to arrive at least 1-1/2 hours prior to serving food. A server will be assign per client’s guest table to serve each guest individually per course at their table - $20.00/hr per server. A bus person is required per every two tables to assist the servers @$20.00/hr per two tables, minimum service is 4 hours including travel time
• Bartender services - Bartenders available to man your event's bar $20.00/hr including travel time.
• Server Services - Professional server to serve your guest in your home while you enjoy your guest $20.00/hr including travel time.
