All left over food is packaged for you to take home, and becomes your responsibility to maintain proper temperature control. We also offer the "Signature" dinnerware and china rental. $20.00/hour at a four (4) hour minimum travel time included
1 professional uniformed server per 50 - 60 people on a buffet dinner
1 professional uniformed server per 2 tables on sit down dinner
Server charges included skirting and linens on food tables, serving entrees from buffet line, replenishing food service line, clean up of the food buffet table, clean up of your guest tables, chafing dishes, serving equipment and disposal of dinnerware and napkins.
