Hamburgers (1/4 pound), Hot Dogs, Brats (Johnsonville), Boneless BBQ Riblets, Polish Sausage, Chicken Quarters

Pork Steaks (approx 6 - 8 oz) *

Baby Back Ribs *

Whole Hog Roast at your event (price based on market value at time of booking)

 

Choice of 3 Side Items

 

Cold Choices:  American Potato Salad, Pasta Salad (Rainbow pasta and olives), Vegetable Tray and Ranch Dressing for dip, Toss Salad with Ranch or Italian dressing, Cucumber & Onion Salad, Coleslaw (Italian, Vinegar & Oil, Mayo, or Ranch Style), Mandarin-Cashew Toss Salad, Creamy Fruit Salad, Greek Pasta Salad, St. Louis Style Salad, Summer Spaghetti Salad, Three Bean Salad, Southwestern Bean Salad or Assorted Chips (or check with us on other options)

 

 

Hot Choices: Baked Beans, German Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans

Additional menu suggestions:

 

   Ice Cream Bars or Cups (chocolate or vanilla) $.75 per person

   Watermelon slices or sheet cake $.50 per person

   Assorted Cookies or Brownies $1.00 per person

   Apple, Peach or Cherry Cobbler $1.50 per person

 

We will furnish all paper products, & set up food, serve (2 to 4 lines depending on number of people) and clean up. We also can handle your drinks if needed at an additional charge.

These prices are basic menu prices for fully catered parties which server charges are not included.

An additional $30.00 for delivery of BBQ pit for parties fewer than 50 people.

15% additional cost is added per person when not using the services of our servers requesting BBQ delivery only.

                                               

Server charge $20.00/per hour  ~ 1 server per 50 people recommend (min charge of 4 hours including travel time)
